Tregynon Dolly Mixtures Group is a fun, sociable, and supportive group of ladies who love a natter while out on adventures!

Our mixed ability group goes on all sorts of beautiful runs around the area, with the ethos that no one gets left behind!

Where?

The Tregynon Dolly Mixtures Group often meets at Tregynon Hall School / Ysgol Rhiw-Bechan. The group also sometimes meets in Newtown. 

Run leaders try to vary routes around the area each week based on the group’s interests and to keep it interesting!

When?

We often meet on Monday evenings at 6pm but this may vary based on Leader availability or special events!

How do I join?

We always love welcoming new members! You’re very welcome to give the group a try for a few weeks before signing up.

Please make sure you have contacted us on contact@rundolliesrun.org.uk before coming along. This is so we know you’re coming and can look out for you! It’s also so we can tell you exactly where and when we’ll be meeting!
