The beginners’ course finishes with the 5k challenge which is to be run at Shrewsbury parkrun.

The event starts promptly at 9 a.m. in the Quarry Park in Shrewsbury.  Please arrive earlier as we will do our Dollies warmup and we need to attend the new runners briefing beforehand.

Parkrun is a free 5k event open to the general public but all participants need to have registered with parkrun and need to bring their barcode with them to the event to receive their time.  Registration is via the following link –  https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/
